The policy when issued soft copy would be sent on valid email id and physical copy would be delivered on Indian residences.
Claims will be settled in Indian currency only. If however the life assured desires to receive the money in foreign currency the same will be credited to his NRE account as per RBI Guidelines. In accordance with the exchange control regulations, the proportion of policy money in accordance with the premiums received in foreign currency may be credited to the NRE account of the Life assured.

Using the online payment module on our website www.bajajallianzlife.com, customers can pay the renewal premium using credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) / net banking account / debit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
NRI Customers have the option to make renewal payment through online payment module / CCSI (credit card standing instruction) / Direct Debit/ECS.
Policy will lapse on non-payment of the renewal premiums as per the policy lock-in period.
NRI customers can check the policy details using the customer portal. The portal will give the policy information / options to pay renewal premium / download IT/Fund statements and place policy service requests at any time.
