To Access any online service you will need to log – in to the customer Portal using your User ID and Password.
Please keep your User ID and Password handy for logging on to the Customer Portal.
After Logging in to the customer Portal you will need to use your O-Pin. (Online Pin) for any of the services below:
• Fund Switching • Fund Apportionment • Change of Address • Change of Frequency
If you do not have an O-Pin then you will have to download the application form for the same and send it to the mentioned office address therein in order to obtain your O-Pin.
(O-Pin is a 6 digit personal Identification number. You are required to use this pin along with your policy number. )
