Minimum Age - 18 Years.

Minimum Qualification - Pass in 12th Standard or an equal examination conducted by a recognized board/Institution. Pass in 10th standard or equivalent examination from, a recognized board/Institution if the applicant resides in a place with a population less than five thousand.
